Our priority is your pet's welfare and happiness. We rely on their trust rather than restraints or tie–ups. We are aware that many pets have had a negative experience of grooming. Our philosophy is that grooming should be a pleasurable experience. We always allow time for rest and cuddles during grooming.
Detailed records of grooming are kept after each visit to ensure your pet looks and feels wonderful after every appointment.
